FORCE REPAIR is a European research project that aims to develop a smart, multifunctional wound dressing capable of promoting effective regeneration in chronic skin wounds. The project focuses on combining antibacterial and bioadhesive bioinks, nanocapsules loaded with anti-inflammatory and antibiotic agents, and biomimetic components that support vascularisation, innervation and extracellular matrix remodelling, all integrated within personalised 3D printed scaffolds.
